About Me

Hello there! My name is Brooke and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I work with those seeking deeper life satisfaction, a healthier and happier reality, and a life they are happy to be living.


I am on a mission to live my life purposefully connecting with others and inspiring them to shine their own light onto their life path.


I deeply believe in the transformational power of love. Love is the force that roots us here. We each have a soulful light within our being that can feel dimmed or shaded at different times of life.


My mission is to help you uncover the innate light within you. When we aren't shaded, we can more easily choose how bright we shine.


When we see through the eyes of love, acceptance, and possibility, we get to step into what can feel like a new reality. Perspective is yours to do with as you choose. How is it that you are looking at your own life now? How do you want to experience your life and yourself?


Everything in life is an opportunity


Downswings can be seen as nature’s way of showing us an opportunity for change, growth, and shifts that can be made slowly over the course of time in order to live happier and healthier. With one decision at a time, the ideal life you imagined, the headspace you’ve been seeking, and the wealth consciousness you’ve been desiring is your reality.


Born and raised in Southern California with my two sisters and one brother, we very fortunately spent a lot of time camping and exploring parks. This helped to shape my love and appreciation of being outside and in nature. An appreciation of nature and beauty is a personality trait I believe can be cultivated and fostered. I’ve experienced the profoundly positive impact that nature has on the psyche and overall life satisfaction. I know it can benefit us all. Which also benefits Mother Nature herself, too.


From a young age, we began attending service on Sundays with a spiritual community that focused on our connection with the infinite ever-flowing energy of the universe, personal development and our relationship with God (or the Universe as I now prefer to call this all-connecting energy). In the youth groups, we were encouraged to sit in stillness and silence, as this allowed space to just be. This was a big concept for such young minds, and was surely a formative time for us. We got to know ourselves better and learn more about the essence of our humanity; there are numerous perspectives we can choose to have as our guide through this life. 


I went to the University of New Mexico where I was living a long time dream of playing Division I college soccer. I wasn't clear on the direction of my life beyond soccer, but I knew I had a passion for connecting with others and helping people to feel seen and loved just by being themselves. I cherish the friendships I got to develop with my teammates who were also my roommates. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Community Health. After college, I played a season of soccer in Denmark where I was living with an incredible host family. In that time after college, I was considering what and how I could apply my skills of connecting with people in a career.


I’ve been a bartender and food server at various restaurants over the years, worked as a mentor to young people, lived in Spain where I taught English as a second language, traveled lots both solo and with others, visited 30+ National Parks (and counting...), drove around the United States, coached youth soccer, worked full-time at a youth soccer club, bike packed, moved states for a relationship, and moved states to be closer to family. I have found that the feeling of peace that washes over me comes in the simplest of moments, not when I've gone through great lengths to find it. When I am at peace in my own heart – despite where it is that I am literally or figuratively in life – peace resides.


That feeling of contentment, joy, and peace is something I help other people to realize is within us at any given moment. We must only be open to feeling the divine love present in all moments of our often chaotic, messy lives. Feeling, openly, can feel scary... What will come up when we open into ourselves, our lives, our destiny? With courage, support, and belief in oneself, anything is possible.


I developed Brooklynne On a Bike with the intention to inspire others to see how movement is medicine and positive life change is not only possible but now. Change comes from self reflection, awareness, and a willingness to be different. Some change is in the external - through our actions and habits (driven by the internal). Sometimes, the bigger change - the change that has a massive impact on the external is entirely internal

I have a passion for living consciously, actively, and playfully. I love to connect with people and utilize my gifts through present listening, joyful reflection, and a positive playful attitude towards life.


The coaching model I use is self-guided. This means that as a coach, I am the passenger princess and you are the driver (you're doing the work and navigating). You know what is necessary in order to access the life you want, you may just need to get out of your own way. How? That's where a coach can be helpful!

A coach’s role is on the spectrum of health & wellness, next to (and different from) a therapist or doctor. A coach partners with you and comes alongside you in your endeavors to grow in the direction of your choosing. 

I offer a guided program that can encourage a sense of direction and purpose as you self-guide toward a more fulfilled life that is healthier and happier.

My mission is to bring more loving kindness into the world. To create a bigger community of people that are deep feeling, connected, love-spreading, genuine, kind hearted people so that the world continuous to heal and become healthier and happier for all.

I am here to live bright and full. I know light is within me as I share with other people. I feel deep acceptance and love.

There is power in creating a mission statement for life, to keep it in mind as we move through life. We can always come back to a center for what we know is True.

Community Health focuses on the health of populations and the major factors that influence individual lifestyle, health, and overall life-satisfaction. Psychology focuses on the mind and behavior. Are populations able to be positively influenced psychologically by becoming aware of their surroundings, environment, and thought patterns?


Mindful Health & Wellness Coaching

Guiding Mindful Change

Guiding Mindful Change is a certification course taught by Billie Frances. It is here I came to conceptualize this idea of being "in my own way." With powerful, easy to understand phrasing that feels palpably true for many of us. I continue to hone the practice of listening and reflecting with inquiry, curiosity, and subtle guidance that allows space for Self-guided development and change. Change is powerful; it is difficult to realize, actualize, and keep though it is upon us always. In what ways do we care, sometimes even desperately, to change? Dare to be different.


National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)

NBC-HWC Emblem

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. NBC-HWCs use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach.

Whatever goal the client sets, the health coach ensures that they are supported until the desired outcome is achieved. Our board-certified coaches display an unconditional positive regard for their clients and have trained to the highest standards in the profession which means that they have the skills and knowledge to walk alongside you on your path to your healthiest self.
